AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Credit Union Act is amended by
changing Section 6 as follows:
(205 ILCS 305/6) (from Ch. 17, par. 4407)
Sec. 6. Fiscal Year. The The fiscal year of each credit
union organized under this Act shall end on December 31 of each
year.
