AN ACT concerning public aid.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Energy Assistance Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(305 ILCS 20/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 1401)
Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and and may be
cited as the Energy Assistance Act.
