AN ACT concerning revenue.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Leveling the Playing Field for Illinois
Retail Act is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:
(35 ILCS 185/5-1)
Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the
Leveling the Playing Field for Illinois Retail Act. References
in this Article to "this Act" means this Article.
