AN ACT concerning aging.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Elder Abuse and Neglect Act is amended by
changing Section 10 as follows:
(320 ILCS 20/10) (from Ch. 23, par. 6610)
Sec. 10. Rules. The The Department shall adopt such rules
and regulations as it deems necessary to implement this Act.
