AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Plastic Bag Recycling Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(415 ILCS 82/1)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on June 1, 2010)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Plastic Bag Recycling Act.
