AN ACT concerning wildlife.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Habitat Endowment Act is amended by changing
Section 49 as follows:
(520 ILCS 25/49)
Sec. 49. This Act takes effect upon becoming law, except
that that Sec. 45 takes effect April 1, 1993.
