AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The General County Airport and Landing Field Act
is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(620 ILCS 40/0.01) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 68.90)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
General County Airport and Landing Field Act.
