AN ACT concerning alternative dispute resolution.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Uniform Mediation Act is amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Title. This Act may be cited as the the Uniform
Mediation Act.
