AN ACT concerning revenue.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Business Location Efficiency Incentive Act
is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2016)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Business Location Efficiency Incentive Act.
