1 AN ACT concerning civil law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
5changing Section 14-101 as follows:
6 (735 ILCS 5/14-101) (from Ch. 110, par. 14-101)
7 Sec. 14-101. Action commenced by plaintiff. In all
8proceedings commenced under Article XIV of this Act the the
9name of the person seeking the relief afforded by this Article
10shall be set out as plaintiff without the use of the phrase
11"People ex rel." or "People on the relation of".
