2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | |||||||||||||||||||
3 | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | Section 5. The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business | |||||||||||||||||||
5 | Practices Act is amended by changing Section 11 as follows:

If any provision of this Act or the
