AN ACT concerning business.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Uniform Commercial Code is amended by
changing Section 1-102 as follows:
(810 ILCS 5/1-102) (from Ch. 26, par. 1-102)
Sec. 1-102. Scope of Article. This Article applies to a
transaction to the the extent that it is governed by another
Article of the Uniform Commercial Code.
