AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act is amended
by changing Section 4.9 as follows:
(615 ILCS 5/4.9) (from Ch. 19, par. 51.9)
Sec. 4.9. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act.
