AN ACT concerning public employee benefits.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by adding
Section 15-176.5 as follows:
(40 ILCS 5/15-176.5 new)
Sec. 15-176.5. To provide administrative support to the
State Universities Retirement System Member Advisory
Committee. The Board shall provide administrative support to
the State Universities Retirement System Member Advisory
Committee.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
2023.
