2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 1510 of the 101st
5General Assembly becomes law, then the COVID-19 Medically
6Necessary Diagnostic Testing Act is amended by changing
7Section 15-1 as follows:

9 Sec. 15-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
