Bill Title: Amends the Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987. Provides that a podiatric physician may provide and administer vaccinations, including, but not limited to, vaccinations for COVID-19 and influenza. Effective immediately.

1 | AN ACT concerning regulation.

2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | Section 5. The Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987 is | |||||||||||||||||||
5 | amended by adding Section 20.3 as follows:

7 | Sec. 20.3. Vaccinations. A podiatric physician may provide | |||||||||||||||||||
8 | and administer vaccinations, including, but not limited to, | |||||||||||||||||||
9 | vaccinations for COVID-19 and influenza.
