2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987 is
5amended by adding Section 20.3 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 100/20.3 new)
7 Sec. 20.3. Vaccinations. A podiatric physician may provide
8and administer vaccinations, including, but not limited to,
9vaccinations for COVID-19 and influenza.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11becoming law.
