AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987 is
amended by adding Section 20.3 as follows:
(225 ILCS 100/20.3 new)
Sec. 20.3. Vaccinations. A podiatric physician may provide
and administer vaccinations, including, but not limited to,
vaccinations for COVID-19 and influenza.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
