AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Wrongful Tree Cutting Act is amended by
changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(740 ILCS 185/0.01) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 9400)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Wrongful Tree Cutting Act.
