AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Carnival Regulation Act is amended by
changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(225 ILCS 205/0.01) (from Ch. 85, par. 2000)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Carnival Regulation Act.
