AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by
changing Section 36 as follows:
(215 ILCS 5/36) (from Ch. 73, par. 648)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2017)
Sec. 36. Scope of article. This This article shall apply to
all domestic mutual companies transacting or being organized to
transact any of the kinds of business enumerated in section 4.
