1 AN ACT concerning civil law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
5changing Section 9-101 as follows:
6 (735 ILCS 5/9-101) (from Ch. 110, par. 9-101)
7 Sec. 9-101. Forcible entry prohibited. No person shall make
8an entry into lands or tenements except in cases where entry is
9allowed by law, and and in such cases he or she shall not enter
10with force, but in a peaceable manner.
