Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the Department of Corrections shall restore, within 18 months after closure, the site of a correctional institution or facility to its original condition before the institution or facility was built if the correctional institution or facility is closed and no longer is maintained as a correctional institution or facility. The cost of the restoration of the site shall be paid by the Department of Corrections.
