Bill Title: Encourages state agencies to collaborate with one another to create a more efficient state government, including, but not limited to, loaning equipment to other state agencies as the available through Inter Governmental Agreements, loaning employees with expertise in an area for a project within another agency, and general collaboration to create a more efficient state government.

2 | WHEREAS, Certain state agencies have specialty equipment | ||||||
3 | and personnel with expertise that other state agencies do not | ||||||
4 | have; and

5 | WHEREAS, It is in the State's best interest for state | ||||||
6 | agencies to work together on projects and to loan equipment to | ||||||
7 | other state agencies for Illinois to work efficiently and at | ||||||
8 | the lowest cost to taxpayers; therefore, be it

9 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL | ||||||
10 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF | ||||||
11 | REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING HEREIN, that we encourage state | ||||||
12 | agencies to collaborate with one another to create a more | ||||||
13 | efficient state government, including, but not limited to, | ||||||
14 | loaning equipment to other state agencies as available through | ||||||
