SENATE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
learn of the death of Tadeusz S. "Ted" Forys, who passed away
on January 5, 2013; and
WHEREAS, Tadeusz Forys was a founding member of the 33rd
Ward Regular Democratic Organization; he was also a member of
Union Local #1255 AFL-CIO, the Polish National Alliance, and
the Polish American Action Committee; and
WHEREAS, Tadeusz Forys was the loving husband of
Bronislawa; the devoted father of Stanley, Victor (Anna) Forys,
M.D., and the late Sophie; the dear grandfather of Tamara,
Olivia, Sylvia, and Philip; the great-grandfather of Evangelo
and Emilia; and the cherished brother of the late Carl Forys,
Sofia Grzybala, and Kazimiera Danek; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
his family and friends, the passing of Tadeusz S. "Ted" Forys;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
presented to the family of Tadeusz Forys as an expression of
our sympathy.
