| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of
Kerry Ann Benassi of Peoria, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on March 23, 2009; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Kerry Benassi was born on March 14, 1972 in Nampa, | ||||||
| 6 | Idaho; she married Alexander Benassi on September 8, 2002 in | ||||||
| 7 | Santorini, Greece; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Kerry Benassi loved to travel; she was a creative | ||||||
| 9 | and talented photographer and an accomplished yoga | ||||||
| 10 | practitioner; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Kerry Benassi is survived by her husband, | ||||||
| 12 | Alexander; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Patricia and | ||||||
| 13 | Lou Benassi; and her beloved cats, Li and Sammi; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Kerry Benassi will be remembered by all who knew | ||||||
| 15 | and loved her as a loving and kind person who cared deeply | ||||||
| 16 | about others and was thoughtful and generous to all; therefore, | ||||||
| 17 | be it
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 20 | her family and friends, the passing of Kerry Ann Benassi; and | ||||||
