2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Dorothy P. Linnemann of Huntley, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on February 26, 2017, at the age of 100; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Dorothy Linnemann was born in Chicago to August | ||||||
6 | and Jeannette Utes on September 13, 1916; she married Fred W. | ||||||
7 | Linnemann on February 5, 1939; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Dorothy Linnemann and her husband farmed together | ||||||
9 | throughout their lives; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Dorothy Linnemann loved quilting and made over 900 | ||||||
11 | quilts, most of which she gave away; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Dorothy Linnemann was preceded in death by her | ||||||
13 | husband, Fred; her daughter-in-law, Linda Linnemann; her | ||||||
14 | former son-in-law, George Honemann; her sister, Hazel | ||||||
15 | Lundquist; and her son-in-law, Roy Krueger; and

16 | WHEREAS, Dorothy Linnemann is survived by her children, Ken | ||||||
17 | (Penni) Linnemann, and Janet Krueger; her grandchildren, Dan | ||||||
18 | (Cheryl) Linnemann, Terri (Steve) Kennedy, and Jeff (Karen) | ||||||
19 | Linnemann; her step-grandchildren, Dave (Dina) Miller, and Rob | ||||||
20 | (Emily) Miller; and her 11 great-grandchildren, Alyssa, |
