| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Alma C. Anderson of McHenry, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on December 29, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Alma Anderson was born in Ringwood on January 1, | ||||||
| 6 | 1914 to Jacob F. and Susan (nee Meyer) Justen; she graduated | ||||||
| 7 | from McHenry High School and married Arnold Anderson on October | ||||||
| 8 | 6, 1937 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in McHenry; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Alma Anderson worked for Woodstock Typewriter | ||||||
| 10 | Factory; after getting married, she stayed at home until her | ||||||
| 11 | last child went to college; later in life, she worked for Oak | ||||||
| 12 | Manufacturing in Crystal Lake; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Alma Anderson enjoyed gardening, genealogy, and | ||||||
| 14 | traveling out West; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Alma Anderson was preceded in death by her husband | ||||||
| 16 | of 62 years, Arnold; her parents; her brothers, Alex and | ||||||
| 17 | Donald; and her sister, Evelyn; and
| ||||||
| 18 | WHEREAS, Alma Anderson is survived by her 3 children, | ||||||
| 19 | Marcia, Ronald, and Gary; her grandchildren, Alessandro, Lara, | ||||||
| 20 | Melissa, Michael, Eric, Danielle, and Nicole; and her | ||||||

| 1 | great-grandchildren, Mateo, Amelia, Massimo, Gabriella, Lily, | ||||||
| 2 | Sophia, Morgan, Alex, Simone, and Gaby; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 3 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 4 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 5 | Alma C. Anderson, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
| 6 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
| 7 | further

| 8 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
