| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of Linka M. Jones of Park Ridge, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on July 26, 2023; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Linka Jones was the wife of Roger A. Jones for 55 | ||||||
| 6 | years; the mother of Kimberly Jones, Mark Jones, and Mary Jo | ||||||
| 7 | (Jones) Marchetta; the grandmother of Christina Jones, Daniel | ||||||
| 8 | Jones, Jonathan Jones, and Michaelene Marchetta; the sister of | ||||||
| 9 | the late Paul Kirst; and the aunt, cousin, and friend to many; | ||||||
| 10 | therefore, be it

| 11 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL | ||||||
| 12 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

condolences to her | ||||||
