| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Dr. Robert L. Wolf of Urbana, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on July 11, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Wolf was born on March 29, 1929 in | ||||||
| 6 | Kearney, Nebraska; his parents were John and Evelyn Drake Wolf; | ||||||
| 7 | he married Barbara Tate on November 26, 1954 in Hiawatha, | ||||||
| 8 | Kansas; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Wolf graduated from Kearney High School | ||||||
| 10 | and the University of Nebraska Medical School; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Wolf served his country as a member of | ||||||
| 12 | the United States Naval Reserve from 1957 to 1959 in San | ||||||
| 13 | Miguel, the Philippines; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Wolf was a dermatologist at Carle | ||||||
| 15 | Clinic from 1962 until his retirement in 1999; he was also a | ||||||
| 16 | member of the Executive Committee for Carle Foundation Medical | ||||||
| 17 | Staff from 1967 to 1968 and was the head of the Dermatology | ||||||
| 18 | Department from 1972 to 1984; and
| ||||||
| 19 | WHEREAS, Dr. Robert Wolf is survived by his wife, Barbara; | ||||||
| 20 | 4 sons, Robert B. Wolf, Guy A. (Jane) Wolf, Fredrick T. "Fritz" | ||||||

| |||||||
| 1 | (Joan) Wolf, and Edward M. "Ted" (Tracy) Wolf; and 6 | ||||||
| 2 | grandchildren, Katrina, Kathleen, Caitlin, Elizabeth, Fredrick | ||||||
| 3 | "Freddy", and Brian; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 4 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 5 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 6 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Dr. Robert L. Wolf; | ||||||
| 7 | and be it further
| ||||||
| 8 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 9 | presented to the family of Dr. Robert Wolf as an expression of | ||||||
| 10 | our sympathy.
