| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to | ||||||
| 3 | congratulate the Washington Middle School boys relay team, the | ||||||
| 4 | Warriors, on its success at the 2024 Illinois Elementary | ||||||
| 5 | School Association Class 4A State Track & Field Championships; | ||||||
| 6 | and

| 7 | WHEREAS, The Warriors won the Mens 4A 7th Grade 4x200 | ||||||
| 8 | Relay with a time of 1:41.68a, setting a new state record; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, The Warriors also won the Mens 4A 7th Grade 4x400 | ||||||
| 10 | Relay with a time of 3:52.65a; and

| 11 | WHEREAS, The Warriors are led by Head Coach Charles Ruble; | ||||||

| 13 | WHEREAS, The members of the Warriors relay team are | ||||||
| 14 | Jeremiah Williams, Amani Wright, James Houlihan, Kevron House, | ||||||
| 15 | Kolade Abitogun, Bryson Tate, and Kamden Ray; therefore, be it
