| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Mark Bently Harvey of Coal Valley, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on February 10, 2020; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Mark Harvey was born to Joe and Anne Mae (Pratt) | ||||||
| 6 | Harvey in Ogden, Iowa on October 11, 1932; he served in the | ||||||
| 7 | U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War; he married Minnie L. | ||||||
| 8 | Bakalar in St. Charles on July 17, 1959; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Mark Harvey retired from John Deere, Moline Plow | ||||||
| 10 | Planter, in 1992; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Mark Harvey enjoyed woodworking, traveling, and | ||||||
| 12 | computers; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Mark Harvey was preceded in death by his wife, | ||||||
| 14 | Minnie L. (Bakalar) Harvey; his grandson, Jacob; and his | ||||||
| 15 | siblings, Morris (Lorraine) Harvey, William Harvey, George | ||||||
| 16 | (Giesela) Harvey, Josephine (Jim) Cammeron, Nancy (Phil) | ||||||
| 17 | Lowrie, Lannetta (Charlie) Crumbaugh, Mary (Harold) | ||||||
| 18 | Stoneburner, and Richard Harvey; and
| ||||||
| 19 | WHEREAS, Mark Harvey is survived by his nine children, | ||||||
| 20 | Rickey Lee (Reita Griffin) Harvey, Ronald G. Harvey, Cheryl K. | ||||||
