| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of Thomas E. Frazier of Hampton, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on August 18, 2022; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Thomas Frazier was born to Thomas and Mabel | ||||||
| 6 | Whitehead Frazier in Moline on November 28, 1935; he served in | ||||||
| 7 | the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War; he married Sandra | ||||||
| 8 | L. Murphy in Hampton on January 11, 1957, and she preceded him | ||||||
| 9 | in death on March 23, 2018; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Thomas Frazier owned and operated Tom's Small | ||||||
| 11 | Engine and Frazier's Lawn Service for over 50 years; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Thomas Frazier enjoyed his work and his family; | ||||||
| 13 | and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Thomas Frazier was preceded in death by his wife; | ||||||
| 15 | his parents; and his sisters, June Rollins and Florence McKay; | ||||||
| 16 | and
| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Thomas Frazier is survived by his children, | ||||||
| 18 | Thomas (Kim) Frazier, Debbie (Kelley) Kerschieter, Penny | ||||||
| 19 | (Jeff) Crowe, and Sherry (Brad) Richards; his grandchildren, | ||||||
| 20 | Jessica (Joel) Stockwell, Thomas (Rachel) Frazier, Wesley | ||||||
