| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Roseann C. Stvrtecky of McHenry, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on June 1, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky was born on November 22, 1949 in | ||||||
| 6 | Chicago to James Donald and Marie (nee Giammanco) Browne; she | ||||||
| 7 | married Daniel C. Stvrtecky on June 5, 1971 at St. Thomas | ||||||
| 8 | Church in Des Plaines; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky enjoyed being a stay-at-home | ||||||
| 10 | mom when her children were young; when her children were older, | ||||||
| 11 | she worked as a teacher's aide at James Bush Elementary School | ||||||
| 12 | in Johnsburg; she also worked for Prem Magnetics and the | ||||||
| 13 | Follett Corporation; most recently, she was an executive | ||||||
| 14 | secretary at Angelus Retirement Community in McHenry, later | ||||||
| 15 | known as Fox Point; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky enjoyed cooking, especially for | ||||||
| 17 | family gatherings, crocheting, and doing needlepoint; and
| ||||||
| 18 | WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 19 | father; and
| ||||||
| 20 | WHEREAS, Roseann Stvrtecky is survived by her husband of 43 | ||||||

| 1 | years, Daniel; 2 sons, Christopher (Karen) Stvrtecky and Scott | ||||||
| 2 | (Jenny) Stvrtecky; 3 grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, and Emma; | ||||||
| 3 | her mother, Marie Browne; a sister, Jean (Frank) Raimondi; a | ||||||
| 4 | brother, Pat (Judy) Browne; and brothers-in-law and | ||||||
| 5 | sisters-in-law, Jim (Joy) Stvrtecky and Rosann (Bruce) Green; | ||||||
| 6 | therefore, be it

| 7 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 8 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 9 | Roseann C. Stvrtecky, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
| 10 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
| 11 | further
