2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
3 | to learn of the death of James "Bill" Youngblood of East | ||||||
4 | Moline, who passed away on December 15, 2022; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Bill Youngblood was born to Pengry and Verney | ||||||
6 | (Woods) Youngblood in Hiawassee, Georgia on January 9, 1928; | ||||||
7 | he served in the U.S. Army; he married Eunice Mae Queen in | ||||||
8 | Hiawassee, Georgia in 1949; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Bill Youngblood was previously employed as an | ||||||
10 | assembler for American Air Filter, retiring in 1985 after 34 | ||||||
11 | years; he then worked for Avis Car Rental after his | ||||||
12 | retirement; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Bill Youngblood was preceded in death by his | ||||||
14 | wife; his son-in-law, Jerry Fosbinder; his parents; his | ||||||
15 | brothers, Hubert Youngblood, Owen Youngblood, and Lawton | ||||||
16 | Youngblood; and his sister, Ruth Stamey; and
| ||||||
17 | WHEREAS, Bill Youngblood is survived by his children, | ||||||
18 | Linda Fosbinder, Brenda Johnson, and Michael (Teresa) | ||||||
19 | Youngblood; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Brian (Rachel), Chelsie | ||||||
20 | (Ben), Chase, Dane (Jasmyn), and Addison (Roxanne); his | ||||||
21 | great-grandchildren, Aleah, Isabella, Jay, Carter, Bennett, |
