2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Richard D. Starr of Moline, who passed | ||||||
4 | away on July 30, 2016; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Richard Starr was born in Moline to Tinsel and | ||||||
6 | Esther Starr on June 2, 1944; he served in the United States | ||||||
7 | Navy and married Karen S.
Findley on June 29, 1963; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Richard Starr enjoyed the Mississippi Bend Model | ||||||
9 | Boaters; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Richard Starr was preceded in death by his wife, | ||||||
11 | Karen; his parents; and two sisters; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Richard Starr is survived by his daughters, Lori | ||||||
13 | Starr, Annette (Tim) Aldeman, Leisa (Robert) Ault, and Robin | ||||||
14 | (Jerry) Carden; his grandchildren, Tylar Starr, Delbert Moreau | ||||||
15 | Jr., Amanda Aldeman, and Ava Aldeman; and his brother, Danny | ||||||
16 | (Mary) Gillham; therefore, be it

17 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
18 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
19 | Richard D. Starr, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
20 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
