| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Frances R. "Fran" Scalafini, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away at the age of 80; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Frances Scalafini served as the Bloomingdale | ||||||
| 6 | Township Clerk for 10 years; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Frances Scalafini was the beloved wife of Sam; the | ||||||
| 8 | devoted mother of Richard (Angel) Whitt, James (Gail) | ||||||
| 9 | Marquardt, and Craig Baldwin; the loving daughter of the late | ||||||
| 10 | James and Rose Allegretti; the dear sister of the late Louis | ||||||
| 11 | (Jean) Allegretti; the lifelong friend of Marie Zavoli; the | ||||||
| 12 | dear grandmother of seven; and the great-grandmother of four; | ||||||
| 13 | therefore, be it

| 14 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 15 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her | ||||||
| 16 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Frances R. "Fran" | ||||||
| 17 | Scalafini; and be it further
| ||||||
| 18 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 19 | presented to the family of Frances Scalafini as an expression | ||||||
| 20 | of our sympathy.
