2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Lois Jean Powell, who passed away on | ||||||
4 | November 15, 2018; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Lois Powell was born in Sheridan on December 1, | ||||||
6 | 1933; she graduated from the Lake Forest School of Management; | ||||||
7 | and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Lois Powell worked at the Xerox Corporation for | ||||||
9 | over 20 years; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Lois Powell was an avid reader and enjoyed | ||||||
11 | crossword puzzles and following the Chicago Cubs; most of all, | ||||||
12 | she loved spending time with her family; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Lois Powell was preceded in death by her grandson, | ||||||
14 | Ryan Fisher; and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Lois Powell is survived by her husband, Ronald | ||||||
16 | Powell; her children, Kelly (Mark) Morrissey, Bradley (Joanne) | ||||||
17 | Powell, Steven Powell, and Kerry Fisher; her grandchildren, | ||||||
18 | Nicholas (Tricia Kutrumanes), Mark (Amanda), Michelle, | ||||||
19 | Matthew, Ronald, Camille, Michael, Tyler (Koni), Trevor | ||||||
20 | (Jasmine), Sean (Rose), and Rachel; her great-grandchildren, |
