| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Edward F. Radkiewicz of Hebron, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on October 2, 2018; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Edward Radkiewicz was born in Chicago to Edmund | ||||||
| 6 | and Mary (Voska) Radkiewicz on April 23, 1941; he married Carol | ||||||
| 7 | Schleuning in Norridge on August 26, 1965; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Edward Radkiewicz was involved in the family | ||||||
| 9 | business, the Berco Floral Company, for over 30 years; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Edward Radkiewicz was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 11 | parents and his wife, Carol; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Edward Radkiewicz is survived by his brothers, | ||||||
| 13 | Robert and William Radkiewicz; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 14 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 15 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 16 | Edward F. Radkiewicz and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 17 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
| 18 | further

| 19 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
