2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Robert E. "Bob" Whitlock Jr. of Adel, | ||||||
4 | Georgia, who passed away on November 2, 2018; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Bob Whitlock was born to Robert E. Sr. and Therese | ||||||
6 | (Marfia) Whitlock on February 25, 1944; he attended Immaculate | ||||||
7 | Conception School and graduated from Waukegan Township High | ||||||
8 | School; he attended college at Bradley University in Peoria and | ||||||
9 | the University of Maryland in College Park; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Bob Whitlock worked in the field of accounting and | ||||||
11 | used his skills effectively in a career in sales; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Bob Whitlock enjoyed boating and golfing; he was a | ||||||
13 | fan of the Chicago Bears and White Sox and enjoyed sharing time | ||||||
14 | and laughter with family and friends; and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Bob Whitlock was preceded in death by his father, | ||||||
16 | Robert E. Whitlock Sr., and his brother-in-law, Roger Woodard; | ||||||
17 | and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Bob Whitlock is survived by his mother, Therese | ||||||
19 | Whitlock; his wife, Pamela (Storey) Whitlock; his son, Robert | ||||||
20 | E. (Anne) Whitlock III; his daughters, Brandy Whitlock and |

8 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
9 | Robert E. "Bob" Whitlock Jr. and extend our sincere condolences | ||||||
10 | to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be | ||||||
