Bill Title: Magistrates. Allows the judges of the Putnam circuit and superior courts to jointly appoint a magistrate to serve the Putnam County courts. Allows the judges of the Jefferson County circuit and superior courts to jointly appoint a magistrate to serve the Jefferson County courts.
