     AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning health.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

    SECTION 1. IC 16-36-5-5 IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2011]: Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "out of hospital" refers to a location other than
        (1) an acute care hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2. or
        (2) a health facility licensed under IC 16-28.
