Bill Title: 1977 pension fund surviving spouse benefit. Increases from 60% to 75% of the member's monthly benefit the monthly benefit of a surviving spouse of an individual who: (1) is a member of the 1977 police officers' and firefighters' pension and disability fund (1977 fund); and (2) dies other than in the line of duty after June 30, 2016.
