Bill Title: Pregnancy and childbirth discrimination. Prohibits an employer from discriminating against an employee who has a condition related to pregnancy or childbirth. Requires an employer to provide reasonable employment accommodations for an employee who has a condition related to pregnancy or childbirth. Requires the civil rights commission to investigate complaints and attempt to resolve complaints. Provides a right of action. Makes technical corrections.
