Bill Title: Specialty constructed and replica vehicles. Provides that a vehicle currently designated as a "specialty constructed" vehicle under the motor vehicle code will be designated after June 30, 2018, as a "replica vehicle". Provides that a vehicle currently designated as a "reconstructed vehicle" in the motor vehicle code will be designated after June 30, 2018, as a "specialty constructed" vehicle. Provides that a description of a replica vehicle on a title application includes both the year of assembly or manufacture and the model year of the vehicle that the replica vehicle is intended to resemble or reproduce.
