an America where "justice rolls down like waters and
righteousness like a mighty stream"; of an America where

those inner qualities that make all men human and, therefore,
brothers"; of a time when "this nation will rise up and live out
the true meaning of its creed, 'we hold these truths to be self
evident: that all men are created equal'";
and
Whereas, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had a dream for a better society, a dream where "the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit together at the table of brotherhood"; and
Whereas,
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. believed that
liberty, justice, and freedom were the "inalienable rights" of
all men, women, and children;

man who believed all people were created equal in the sight
