Bill Title: Property and casualty insurance claim payment. Property and casualty insurance claim payment. Prohibits an insurer from denying coverage for damage to an insured individual under a property and casualty insurance policy if the damage was caused by the intentional acts of another insured individual and the original insured individual was unaware of the intentional acts.
