A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning state
offices and administration.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SECTION 1. IC 4-7-1-18 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE
AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE
UPON PASSAGE]: Sec. 18. If a member of the general assembly
requests to be paid by warrant instead of by direct deposit by
electronic funds transfer, the auditor of state shall allow the
member of the general assembly to receive payment by warrant.
