Synopsis: State party campaign expenditures. Provides that an
expenditure made by the state committee of a political party to
influence the nomination or election of a candidate to an elected office
other than a federal office is limited to an expenditure to influence the
nomination or election of a candidate who belongs to the same political
party as the state committee.
Effective: July 1, 2011.
