    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning Medicaid.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SOURCE: IC 12-7-2-32.5; (13)IN0516.1.1. -->     SECTION 1. IC 12-7-2-32.5 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013]: Sec. 32.5. "Children's nursing facility", for purposes of IC 12-15-36, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-15-36-1.5.
SOURCE: IC 12-15-36-1.5; (13)IN0516.1.2. -->     SECTION 2. IC 12-15-36-1.5 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013]: Sec. 1.5. As used in this chapter, "children's nursing facility" means a nursing facility that has:
        (1) fifteen percent (15%) or more of its residents who are less than twenty-one (21) years of age; and
        (2) received written approval from the office to be designated as a children's nursing facility.
