Bill Title: Authorizing court services and community corrections officers to issue an identification certificate for use to obtain a replacement driver's license; increasing the criminal penalties for riot and incitement to riot in a correctional facility; modifying the criminal penalties for tampering with electronic monitoring equipment; clarifying supervision of offenders participating in the certified drug abuse treatment program; and authorizing the sentencing commission to determine risk levels for participation in the certified drug abuse treatment program.
