An Act improving MassHealth.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9A of Chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following: -
(17) MassHealth shall make provisions to enroll MassHealth Beneficiaries who did not affirmatively select a managed care option into a Medicaid managed care organization that has contracted with the Division to deliver managed care services to eligible MassHealth Beneficiaries.
